From the specified cart value onwards, the specified shipping costs apply. The cart value after discounts and vouchers and before shipping costs are calculated is decisive. - 2) Minimum order surcharge ("Surch.")
If the cart value falls below the amount specified under "Surch. up to", the surcharge listed under "Surch." is charged in addition. The decisive value is the cart value after discounts and vouchers and before shipping costs are calculated. - 3) Delivery time
The indicated delivery time is given in working days (AT). Weekends and public holidays may extend the delivery time accordingly. - 30) SpaBalancer in Switzerland
SpaBalancer is available in Switzerland exclusively via https://www.spabalancer.ch. - 7) Notes on import, customs clearance and VAT for deliveries to this country
For deliveries to this country, invoicing is issued without German VAT. Any taxes, customs duties and other charges incurred upon import are to be borne by the customer. Any bank fees related to the payment must also be borne by the customer. For deliveries to a German delivery address, we do not offer subsequent reimbursement of German VAT due to a later export of the goods. - 4) Regulatory requirements
Delivery to this country is currently not possible due to regulatory requirements related to the PPWR.
