Cancellation Right
You may cancel your contract within 14 days without providing justification. The cancellation should be communicated in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email). Goods received prior to this deadline must also be returned. The deadline begins on receipt of this notification, but not before the goods have been delivered to the recipient (and not before completion of the first partial delivery when similar goods are delivered on a recurring basis). The deadline may also not begin before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312g Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 of the German Civil Code in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code. Timely despatch of the cancellation notice or goods is sufficient for compliance with the cancellation deadline.

Consequences of Cancellation
In the case of a valid cancellation, both parties must return all received services as well as any benefits derived from their usage(e.g. interest). If you are unable to return all or part of the received service and usage (e.g. benefits arising from usage), or are only able to return them in a damaged form, you will be liable to pay compensation of equivalent value. You will only be liable for compensation if the damage and/or usage exceeds that required for evaluation of the goods' properties and functionality. "Evaluation of the goods' properties and functionality" is understood to be equivalent to the testing and trying out of the respective goods that would be possible and conventional in a shop environment. Goods that may be posted are to be returned at our risk. You are liable for the return costs if: the delivered goods are as ordered; the value of the returned goods does not exceed 40 EUR; the value of the goods exceeds 40 EUR but you have not yet completed your return service or made a contractually agreed part payment. Return is otherwise free of charge. Goods that cannot be posted will be collected from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be met within 30 days. For you, this deadline begins when you send your cancellation notice/goods. For us, this deadline begins when we receive your cancellation notice/goods.

Cancellation Right Exclusion
The cancellation right does not apply to contracts concerning the delivery of: goods that have been produced according to customer specifications; goods that have been clearly tailored to personal needs; goods that are of a nature that cannot be returned or that spoils quickly; goods that have passed their expiration date; audio and video recordings and software if you have unsealed their data mediums; and newspapers, journals and magazines (unless you agreed your newspaper/journal/magazine delivery contract by telephone).

Please note:

Please send us an email before returning goods.

Please avoid damaging and dirtying the goods. As far as is possible, please send the goods back to us in their original packaging along with all accessories and packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please be sure to replace it with a suitable alternative so as to avoid transit damage.

The above-stated procedures are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of your cancellation right.
