I have been using SpaBalancer products for several years and I am very satisfied with them. Recently I called the technical support because I had a water problem that worried me. I would like to say that I was very pleasantly surprised by your fast service and professionalism. I received detailed instructions on how to clean my hot tub, a Hotspring jet setter, and even a free product!
The result was great and above all, highly effective, as the attached picture shows. It is a real pleasure to be looked after so well.
