I have been using SpaBalancer Basic, Ultraschock and other products from you for two years now and am very satisfied with the quality of the water in my whirlpool. I have a Sensation pool from Passion Spas with which I am also very satisfied. However, in the first year I had problems with the water care products recommended by Passion Spas in conjunction with chlorine tablets with regard to the water quality. Since switching to SpaBalancer, these problems no longer exist!
