I have had a Vivo Spa whirlpool, Big Brother, on my terrace since the beginning of 2021. With regard to water care, I tested various products at the beginning. I must say that I have had very good experiences with the SpaBalancer care products for the whirlpool - especially Basic, UltraSchock, SoftWater and FoamEx - and I will continue to use them. Since my son suffers from neurodermatitis, he has no problems using these care products.
