We received our whirlpool from Viva Aqua in March. It came with a care set containing, among other things, SpaBalancer Basic. We used the care products as instructed in our care instructions. The SpaBalancer absolutely delivers what it promises. Regular "encapsulation" keeps the water in the whirlpool clear and odourless. In combination with the other care products from the set, it is an all-round clean affair - in the truest sense of the word.
