Hello everyone, I have been the proud owner of a Monaco whirlpool from Viva Aqua GmbH for over 120 days and I must say that I am very, very satisfied with the SpaBalancer set. I have to praise SpaBalancer Basic in particular. The fact is that Basic reliably encapsulates the foreign substances, minerals, limescale and bacteria in the whirlpool water so that they can then be filtered out. The water then becomes clear, odourless and very soft - super! We are all very satisfied and enthusiastic about the quality of the SpaBalancer. Of course, you have to follow the care plan and stick to it.
