We have been the proud owners of our "SPA 343" whirlpool from Viva Aqua in Ellwangen since March 2020.
The basic equipment of the wellness oasis also included the SpaBalancer Starter Set. We placed the repeat order directly with SpaBalancer and were given very detailed advice on the individual products and on understanding the topics of cleaning, disinfection, water quality and prevention.
The water quality of the initial filling can be measured at any time even after more than eight months and is demonstrably absolutely perfect. You can feel this not only on your skin. Other, supposedly cheaper or different means are out of the question for us.
