We have been using SpaBalancer products for our Dimension One Spas chairman since the beginning of 2011 and have not regretted it for a single day. We bought the spa in June 2010.
We started with a product from a competitor, but the water maintenance was time-consuming and the water quality was very often poor. We clean the filters every 14 days with SpaBalancer Filter Clean Natural, the pool gets a basic cleaning once a year with SpaBalancer SystemFlush. We only use SpaBalancer products for water care and for cleaning the pool and the filters.
