Since 1 June 2020, we have been the proud owners of a SPA 343 whirlpool (230 cm x 230 cm) from Viva-Aqua. We carry out the complete water care with products from SpaBalancer and have had complete success with them so far. Our whirlpool is designed for six people and despite frequent use (daily - even by several people) no water change has been necessary after four months and the water is still in the best and clearest condition. No one has any skin problems despite the frequent use, although some users have strong allergic predispositions. One of the users has skin problems within a week in any pool cleaned with chlorine. So far, after four months, there is no sign of this.
From all of our points of view, high praise for the excellent skin compatibility of your products. Maintaining water quality is easy to do with SpaBalancer products and requires little effort. We are fully satisfied and will continue to use your products to maintain our water.
