I have been using SpaBalancer products for my whirlpool from Perfekt Spa for about 4 years. I had been looking for a chlorine-free water care product for a long time. By chance I came across your products, which then completely convinced me. I order the starter package every year, which is then sufficient for my whirlpool season. I only buy the ultrasound shock twice. I am very satisfied with the products. What I particularly appreciate is that you don't smell of chlorine after bathing. Water care is very easy and I haven't had any problems with the water quality since then. The water is always crystal clear and clean.
