We switched from Bromine to SpaBalancer four weeks ago, as I was getting slight main problems and respiratory irritation with my asthma from bathing in the whirlpool. Since we switched, I no longer have any problems. The water is soft and crystal clear. We had a slight cloudiness at one time, but we managed it well with shock chlorination and increased filter times.
We are thrilled and will stay with it.
