We bought a whirlpool Villeroy & Boch A7L Fitness Edition in August 2021. After initial problems with chlorine and bromine and lots of foam, we switched to SpaBalancer after long discussions with the company Mr. Spa. We were shocked after the first application with SystemFlush how dirty the pool actually is despite the treatment with bromine.
Since changing the water and using the UltraShock, Basic and Softwater products, we no longer have foam in the spa, and instead have crystal clear and soft water. We also no longer have the smell of bromine after showering. We will never use any other products except those from SpaBalancer. We have two more colleagues whom we could convince of Spabalancer, who are now also switching to your products.
