For one year now we have had our whirlpool and a swimming spa. We have had exclusively good experience with the water care products, especially with SpaBalancer. Our decision to buy two independent pools with different water temperatures has proved successful to this day. We were looked after by the company "Viva Aqua" in 73479 Ellwangen. Everything worked smoothly.
The application of the SpaBalancer in the swimming spa we first did according to the instructions of the supplier "Viva Aqua", but since we are not in the swimming spa as often as in the whirlpool, especially not with so many people, we reduced the dosage.
First we added SpaBalancer weekly according to the capacity, 7,500 l, 110 ml SpaBalancer, as well as UltraShock after 3 hours. Over time, however, we only added SpaBalancer every 2-3 weeks. It is always important to clean the filters. If they are well cleaned and placed in the appropriate FilterClean solution, the need for care products is rather low. We probably have good water, the pH value is also almost always perfect.
In any case, we can warmly recommend the product SpaBalancer to other interested parties.
