We have been owners of an Infititas whirlpool from spa-natural for a month. Unfortunately, we have not managed to keep the water in perfect condition with the Infinitas system (copper ions). Three times the water tilted. It became cloudy, had a musty smell and a slippery film formed on the edge of the pool.
Even the intensive care by spa-natural and the meticulous adherence to the water values did not help.
Since chlorine was out of the question for us, I ordered the UltraShock and SpaBalancer set. Since then, the water is flawless and we can finally enjoy the pool.
