A heartfelt thank you to the SpaBalancer company, especially to Mr Dörries. He has made it possible for me to have crystal-clear water in my whirlpool without skin problems.
My whirlpool story in brief: I have had the pool for about 3 months. Started with chlorine care, the result: extreme skin problems. I came across SpaBalancer products on the internet, was fascinated by the videos of how the products work without chemicals and only read positive reviews. I immediately started using UltraShock and SpaBalancer. The result: green water and burning skin. I contacted Mr Dörries directly. He explained to me that when the spa was tested at the factory, water remained in the pipes and a biofilm formed. However, UltraShock and SpaBalancer had already dissolved and cleaned some of it, as I had clear water again after two days.
Mr. Dörries still recommended a basic cleaning so that everything would come off the pipes. No sooner said than done. Now, as I said, I have dream water!!!! So I can only recommend SpaBalancer to everyone, as it really is the best solution for pool care. I lie in the spa for hours without any problems. Above all, I was allowed to stay in contact with Mr. Dörries during the basic cleaning and he helped me with all my questions.
