Since the beginning of June 2021 we have been the proud owners of the 2200 litre hard shell whirlpool "Paris" from the company Optirelax. After struggling for three months first with organic chlorine and then with inorganic chlorine and constantly fluctuating water values and cloudy water, we became aware of SpaBalancer products.
We could hardly believe that this water care system could really deliver what it promises - after all, we have tried a lot of things and so far everything has been a disappointment ... But what can I say?!? We have had crystal clear, odourless and wonderfully soft water for almost two months now! It has never been so consistently perfect! And that, although we have extremely hard water. With the SoftWater additive and the SoftWater Pad, limescale and cloudiness caused by limescale are finally a thing of the past.
A dream!!! The application is really child's play and the time required for pool maintenance has been reduced considerably. Thank you for this great water care system - we are completely thrilled!
