We are very satisfied with SpaBalancer. The water feels much softer and even after bathing in the whirlpool, the skin is not taut. The whirlpool water is super clear and has no smell. We have just ordered two more bottles of SpaBalancer for our hot tub from Royalty Wellness because we are so happy with the products.
