We bought the Playa smartrelax whirlpool from AIDA in July 2020. Since then we have been disinfecting it with inorganic chlorine, but we couldn't avoid measuring and dosing it every day. It was always a cat and mouse game to get ideal values and to get the balance of the water under control.
We became aware of SpaBalancer through research on the internet and Facebook. The many positive references from users there made us curious. We have changed the disinfection and cleaning. Gone is the time of constant checking and re-dosing. Once a week we add 70 ml of SpaBalancer, 60 ml of UltraShock and 10 ml of UltraShock to the water after each pool session. Checking and adjusting the PH value is of course a matter of course. Our water is now crystal clear and no longer smells.
We use our pool 4 times a week - simply perfect - it's fun to relax in the whirlpool.
