We have been owners of an Aida Laguna 2 whirlpool since 2019. In the first year we only used chlorine for disinfection and then switched to bromine. Our experiences with chlorine and bromine are divided. The disinfection of the whirlpool actually worked quite well apart from minor problems, but my wife developed a strong intolerance to these agents.
After a long search on the Internet for an alternative, we came across SpaBalancer and decided to try this product. We have been using SpaBalancer Basic in combination with UltraShock for a good six months now and are impressed by the effect and the water quality in our whirlpool.
The water feels very soft and is very clear. There are no longer any skin problems like when using chlorine or bromine. We can therefore only recommend this product and will continue to use it ourselves.
