Why am I writing this feedback?
1. in today's times, positive things should be mentioned all the more!
2. other users should definitely benefit from it and be able to learn from my mistakes!
As I was denied my holiday in 2021, I decided to buy a Fonteyn whirlpool this year. The cost-intensive cleaning kit that came with it (I no longer know which brand was sold with it) was promising, but unfortunately I didn't find any dosage instructions, certainly not in German. I had to find everything out on the internet. End of the story. I was extremely careful with the dosage.
To cut a long story short: the water didn't become clear, the bathing experience was more tingling on the surface and some kind of chemical got up our noses. Before I ruined my pool, we cleared the pool of the water again after a week. As if I had suspected it: the pipes were totally dirty and smeared. The pool also suffered a lot from these chemicals. Although it was advertised that there were no ingredients such as chlorine or bromine, I now unfortunately had chlorine residue on the operating and filter elements. It looks terrible and I get annoyed about it every time. My filter was extremely pitted and accordingly I immediately ordered a new one. I can only advise anyone not to take such a naïve approach. It's hard-earned money.
Through the recommendation of our neighbour, we switched to SpaBalancer. It's great! Easy dosage. It comes with a great brochure. The colour highlighting means you can't even make a mistake and find what you're looking for straight away.
No chlorine smell. Super-clear water and a bathing experience certainly like on my bursting holiday. I say even better than on holiday, as no one can take that away from me and I can enjoy it at any time, even after a hard day at work.
So I was able to save my pool in the quality it still has and enjoy the relaxation almost every day. I am curious about the fragrances, which I definitely want to try out.
I am so happy that we were able to save our pool with SpaBalancer and that we can now enjoy wonderful hours in the pool.
