In April we emptied the old water, cleaned everything thoroughly and cleaned the filter with your product Filter Clean Classic. Fill the whirlpool with new water, add 60 ml UltraShock and let it rest overnight. From then on, we used the whirlpool again regularly and added 40ml SpaBalancer every Sunday.Now we have such a rim - see photo. What to do?

Very often deposits are formed in the pipelines when chlorine is used. These are mostly brown sticky deposits. If you use Ultrashock, the Ultrashock will penetrate the deposits and kill the bacteria there. This causes these deposits to dissolve. This can lead to foam, cloudy water, unpleasant smell and even brown rims.
You can solve this problem relatively quickly either with the UltraShock Intensive Treatment or with the UltraShock / Anorganic Shock treatment.
