Hello, Have had an Aquawhirlpool Outdoor by Viva Aqua for approx. 1 ½ years. We use the whirlpool all year round, including in the winter. We have used SpaBalancer right from the beginning and have only had positive experiences. We change the water only 1 x per year and it had very good skin tolerance. We highly recommend it.
