As previously reported, we have been using SpaBalancer for about a year or so – the time of its launch in the market. Advantage: we do not need any more chemicals, and the water is friendly to the skin, which is especially useful in case of chlorine intolerance.
Disadvantage: The filter must be cleaned more often of course.
You have received the instruction not to use any other chemical, in particular algae-fighting agents of all kinds. This seems to lead to chemical reactions, which discolour the water and render an unpleasant smell to it, but without being harmful to the skin.
Therefore, use only SpaBalancer after refilling!
