I’ve been using SpaBalancer for six weeks. The water is crystal clear. Now on the acrylic at the waterline a brown rim has formed. What is it, and what can I do about it?

The brown rim consists of encapsulated deposits that have collected. This can occur in the beginning because the whirlpool is usually used excessively at first. The brown rim is very easy to clean away using a microfiber cloth. Just to be sure, I’d also add 40 ml of Ultrashock (per 1000 litres) to the water. Repeat the application of Ultrashock should the brown rim reappear.
